PURE YOGA TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking a class and/or purchasing a membership. When submitting email/contact form/booking/purchasing a membership at Pure Yoga you agree to the terms and conditions as stated here.

YOU UNDERSTAND & AGREE

That you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioners to be in good physical health and physically able to participate and perform in all yoga classes.

Regarding COVID-19, You voluntarily agree to accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself including, but not limited to: personal injury, disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur due to your attendance in any classes held online or in studio at Pure Yoga. You, your heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Pure Yoga LLC, or any instructor/affiliate of Pure Yoga LLC. in all locations. By checking the booking form box you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

In the last 48 hours have you experienced: Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea? Within the last 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for a total of 15 minutes) with: Anyone who is known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19? OR Anyone who has any symptoms? By checking the booking form box you confirm NO to all of the above.

If you attend in person classes that may also be live streamed and recorded that you may be viewed by others online  or seen in future recordings.

It is the responsibility of the member to notify teachers/instructors of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

Classes at Pure Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

​

You will follow all instructions given to you by Pure Yoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

​

In attending classes online or in studio at Pure Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pure Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Pure Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events, teacher training) and products are non refundable and non transferable unless otherwise stated. 

​

Purchases of products are final.

​

Because Pure Yoga rates are already offered at a low price, no discounts or time extensions will be given on class packages, intro offers, or unlimited packages. 

​

Pure Yoga LLC is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or canceled for any reason.

​

ONLINE BOOKING

By booking into/signing up for a class you automatically agree to the terms & conditions.

​

All members must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address. 

​

Payment must be made upon booking. No members will be permitted access to a class (online/in studio), workshop, event, or teacher training as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.

​

Booking/signing up for a class in studio or online is required to attend and ensure your space is held. 

​

Every effort is made to hold classes on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most updated schedule.

​

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class. If you are late your space will be given to another member.

​

Please check in at reception before entering the studio practice space.
 

MEMBERSHIP

NEW MEMBER SPECIAL

This special is only available to new members, no matter how long it has been since you last attended a class at Pure Yoga. Only one per member is permitted. All promotions are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be shared. Members found to have purchased more than once will be moved to another package and incur additional class costs.

MONTHLY AUTO DEDUCT

This membership cannot be shared, You will be charged the same day of each month for auto deduct and there is a 6 month commitment before a cancelation. Fees will automatically be charged to your credit card. You can update or change your credit card in your online account. Auto Deduct can be frozen for up to 1 month per year unless you have a note from a doctor. Pause or freeze requests must be made in writing by emailing pureyogathedalles@gmail.com no less than 7 days before your account is deducted. Auto Deduct can be canceled no less than 7 days before scheduled to deduct. To request cancelation email pureyogathedalles@gmail.com.

This membership is shared with 2 people living at the same residence. You will be charged the same day of each month for auto deduct and there is a 6 month commitment. 5 CLASS CARDS

2 month expiration from date of purchase. Non refundable and non transferable.

MONTH UNLIMITED

30 day expiration from date of purchase. Non refundable and non transferable.

DROP IN CLASSES

Expires after 1 class. Non refundable and non transferable.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Pure Yoga is not responsible for any personal belongings or items brought to or left behind by any persons.
