A dynamic version of traditional yoga coupled with the strength building aspects of a vinyasa class. Designed to activate internal and external vitality, improve energy levels, and rejuvenate your whole being. This class is a wonderful reminder of how attention drives transformation through challenge and relaxation. 100-105*.

PURE VINYASA-COOL

Vinyasa yoga offers a seamless transition through a gradual progression, connecting breath as you move from one posture to the next.  This unification of breath and movement brings a deeper sense of mind+body awareness.  Focused on whole body and specific areas of body, expect too: build strength, endurance, and flexibility; lower stress and anxiety; improve stability, balance and circulation; calm your mind...and much, much more! 70-75*.

PURE SCULPT-HOT 

An upbeat and energizing, maximum calorie burning class that combines high-intensity cardio bursts, hand weights and traditional yoga to increase your heart rate and circulation. Guaranteed to tone your body and your mind through inspired movement. Attendance in Vinyasa and/or Power classes prior to Sculpt is recommended. 100-105*.

This traditional style of yoga is practiced in the same specific sequence and series of postures each class. Intentionally self pace where your individual progress is measurable. Increased focus, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and stress relief are just a few of the long list of benefits. 80-90*.

PURE GENTLE-COOL

Cozy up to your mat and slow down in this gently strengthening, well-supported yoga class. Nurture your mind and body as tension and stress melt away, restoring balance and equilibrium from the inside out. Your opportunity to mindfully transition from stress mode to a natural, calm, central nervous system...invaluable! 70-75*.

SUN
5-6:15pm 

PURE YIN-COOL

Yin Yoga is a slow paced, relaxing style that incorporates Chinese medicine with yoga postures. The postures are held longer offering a more meditative quality to turn inward and experience physical sensations. The use of props is encouraged to specifically support your bones, giving your muscles a clear invitation to relax. Release deeply held tension and increase circulation to improve joint mobility as your connective tissue becomes more flexible. 70-75*.
