An upbeat and energizing, maximum calorie burning class that combines high-intensity cardio bursts, hand weights and traditional yoga to increase your heart rate and circulation. PURE YIN

Unwind + Unite

Yin Yoga is a slow paced, relaxing style that incorporates Chinese medicine with yoga postures. The postures are held longer offering a more meditative quality to turn inward and experience physical sensations. The use of props is encouraged to specifically support your bones, giving your muscles a clear invitation to relax. Release deeply held tension and increase circulation to improve joint mobility as your connective tissue becomes more flexible. 70-75*.

PURE BIKRAM

Tranquil + Transform

Known to be highly addictive and healing due to the scientifically proven innumerable benefits. This class begins and ends with breathing exercises designed to awaken and energize. In between reside 26 self paced postures in a set sequence created in a systematic order to compliment the previous pose and prepare you for the next.
